Why won’t my password and username won’t log me in anymore?
Password and usernames must be entered in the exact same way they were when you registered. They are case sensitive. Check that you have no accidentally enables caps lock and reenter.
Sometimes your computer stores files to it’s browser history called Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. These files can slow down your browser and stop it from responding correctly to the login portal. Delete these by finding your internet browser history, usually though the Tools Settings, and delete them.

My credit card keeps getting declined and I don’t know why?
There could be numerous reasons why the card was declined. Please try another card to place the order. Why am I being billed every month?
